The applicant for registration takes note that the personal data of natural persons which the applicant will provide within the application will COMINFO, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"). The company process this information for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relations arising from this registration, in accordance with Article 24 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 for protection of natural persons regarding to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data and in accordance with the valid legal regulation of the Czech Republic.

In case the applicant’s registration is cancelled (as per request of a registered person, or based on the company's decision), the company will ensure the deletion of the personal data provided or their anonymization in accordance with above mentioned regulation and the valid legal regulation of the Czech Republic.
